This is a refurbishment of a flat measuring around 80m², for which we were given two guidelines: it had to be cost–effective, but without compromising on modern basic fittings, design or the careful selection of materials.
We aimed to make the minimum possible changes to the layout to keep costs down, whilst putting the greatest effort into the bathroom and kitchen fittings. In the rest of the flat, all the installations, joinery and cladding were replaced. We opted for white walls and shades of grey and black in the finishes, leaving the flat as a blank canvas ready for future interior design projects.
In this case, we were responsible for both the project and design as well as the execution of the works, fulfilling one of the most important criteria for both the client and ourselves, as the increase on the initial budget was €0.
