This is a project for a single-family house with swimming pool. It is a ground floor house where indoor and outdoor spaces are connected, and with the best possible orientation to maximize natural daylight. Its architectural lines combine tradition with modernism.

Family vault
The project involved the demolition of a small family vault and the adjoining one, and subsequently to rebuild and extend the new vault.
The proposal is a building of simple geometric forms with materials of great warmth. This way we are able to adapt the design to the environment, and its neutrality does not interfere in the vernacular aesthetics of the place. At the same time, by using these materials, we obtain a controlled aging of the building to contribute to certain humanity to the whole. In fact, this was the main objective when we conceived the idea, considering the emotional burden of this type of building.
HOUSE IN MIL PALMERAS (PLMRS HOUSE)
Design for a single-family house with a swimming pool, adapted to suit the tastes and needs of the client. A singular architectural style is developed, with straight lines and volumes, ample indoor spaces and a significant outdoor space.
ADAPTATION OF ACCESSIBLE PATH
Now Arquitectura and architect Miguel Ángel Gil Campuzano have jointly developed a project aimed at providing better accessibility to the rural route linking El Valle and San Antonio Visitor Centres, both in Carrascoy Regional Park and the Valley in the Region of Murcia.
The project consists of building a continuous, reinforced concrete road adapted to the land. The main goal is making the road practicable to people with reduced mobility by rearranging the different slopes.
Keeping the natural features of the land, both in volume and aesthetic conditions, means this project involves a substantial improvement of this busy section, which is daily passed along by at least 50 people.
The size of the road makes it possible for pedestrians, emergency services such as ambulances and wheelchair users to coexist and develop their activity in perfect harmony.
For us, the removal of architectural barriers is not simply a binding legislation. This is a right and a need for the end user, the real protagonist; with this kind of project we try to further enrich the community.
