HOUSE IN TORRE GUIL

We project a house on a plot of 1000m2 in the Residential Torre Guil.

This house is designed to look like a stone sculpture that adapts to the morphology of the plot. The round volumes of sloping roofs cast shadows that confer dynamism and the most important outdoor spaces are highlighted with a change of material as if the stone itself was composed of different minerals.

Single-family house for a young couple

Proposal for a single-family house with swimming pool in Los Alcázares. The house is designed for a young couple, so we chose modern building solutions on the façade, with interior spaces adapted to the needs of the client, being the result an avant-garde architectural space.

Moai building

This project is aimed at designing unpretentious houses, but placing special emphasis on creating pleasant spaces without forgetting aspects such as lighting and sustainability. Since the shape of the plots was quite complicated and the surrounding area was still developing and highly deteriorated, we decided to solve the volume of the buildings with simple geometric shapes, being the only ornament their cast shadows.

This formal simplicity and the use of only three façade materials give the buildings an entity and aesthetic durability over time.

HOUSE IN MIL PALMERAS (PLMRS HOUSE)

Design for a single-family house with a swimming pool, adapted to suit the tastes and needs of the client. A singular architectural style is developed, with straight lines and volumes, ample indoor spaces and a significant outdoor space.

VIVIENDA TNTGR

A young couple requests for a project for a life together. Considering their needs, we design a fluid space defined by continuity and spaciousness.

Landscaping floods the interiors of the house, producing an architecture that embraces the topography of the plot.

We opted for a morphology to favour brightness, and in fact, it prevails in each corner of the house, resulting in light spaces for maximum enjoyment.

The architectural style of the house adapts to the surrounding area, traditional and innovative at the same time.

MARI CARMEN HOUSE

The clients wanted a ground floor house, where functionality and comfort should prevail in this plot between dividing walls.  It is an essential requirement for them the design of a courtyard for a garden, as well as a swimming pool and leisure area.

We opted for a design considering the best orientation of the house and carrying out a study of the shadows cast by adjacent buildings. Our proposal combines the most traditional and vernacular materials with a simple and functional design adapted to the requested demands.

VILLA MADEIRA

This house is part of a complex of 10 villas less than 200m from the Mar Menor and next to a golf course, promoted by DIOSTILO S.L.

The elements defining the volumes of this house are: the site, the climate, functionality and a great relationship with outdoor spaces. Volumes of simple geometric shapes that give more relevance to the materials used and the interplay of light and shadow.

All the rooms of the house boast the maximum possible brightness as well as the best views of the Mar Menor.

The 177.17-square-meter house consists of a spacious living and dining room combination, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garden on the top floor with panoramic sea views and a large contemporary fully equipped kitchen.

CRMN HOUSE

It is located in La Azohía, in San Ginés housing development, with the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon and surrounded by consolidated independent buildings. The client requested that the building be a landmark in the development using schematic and clean forms.

The intention from the first sketches was the search for a synergy between architecture, interior design, landscaping, comfort and adaptation to the Mediterranean climate.

The house is based on a contemporary architecture with a creative concept based on neoplasticism and allowing habitability. We chose the best possible orientation for a better use of resources, and respected the local architectural concept- Mediterranean -, providing a more modern and refined style.

The absence of sloping roofs and the use of continuous building materials in all plans, together with the prominent pergolas composed of beams and pillars of IPE and UPN profiles, reinforce the idea of a large white block, carved and emptied which opens up to the gardens in a lengthy and friendly way, with the pool as centre of attention and the constant interplay of projected shadows.
