Now Arquitectura was born of the need of reinvention and the search for continuous improvement. We are a multidisciplinary team of qualified technicians with experience in the architecture sector.

We are passionate about the world of construction, we work thoroughly and we demand the best of our talent, always from humility, fascination for innovation and the constant desire to learn. Collaboration with professionals from different disciplines is paramount for us, thereby producing innovative projects.

The architectural process allows us to change people´s lives by producing changes in their environment to contribute to meet each of their ambitions.

Salvador Nieto Garcerán

“Our clients set the limits”

Salvador studied architecture at ETS Architecture, Polytechnic University of Valencia, and specialized in Building Construction. After finishing his degree, he works in several architecture studios, standing out his collaboration with José María Tomas Llavador studio. While working for this studio, he received a number of awards for his work: Vila Joiosa Cultural and Health Center -first prize-, Remodelling of the Fountain of San Luis Pavilion -first prize -, General Artigas Central Station in Montevideo – second prize – La Spezia master plan – first prize -. Between 2011 and 2012 he participates in the Restoration and Rehabilitation Project of the Santa Clara Convent in Lorca and that same year, he was awarded the degree of Specialist in Pathology and Rehabilitation Technology from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
In 2012, he began to work in Cartagena in collaboration with other technicians, including rehabilitation works for Correos nationwide, single-family houses and interior design projects for business premises. He specialises in virtual architectural modelling, sometimes teaching this area as a subject.

In 2016, he founded the company Now Arquitectura with the aim of offering comprehensive, flexible, innovative and specific solutions. He starts to develop contemporary residential projects focused on international clients.

From 2018, he specialises in single-family houses projects with a marked Mediterranean style.

In 2019 Salvador begins a research study on senior citizens’ residences, trying to change the current building system to be able to offer the development of new typologies.

Gabriela Moya Pardo

Engineer in topography by the Advanced Technical School of Geodetic, Cartographic and Topographic Engineering of Valencia.

Gabriela has four years of professional experience in a company in the city of Valencia carrying out both topographic surveys and other technical work, delineation, direction and coordination of public works in Valencia city centre.

She specialises in georeferenced graphic information manipulation, necessary for the notary´s inscription and registration required by current Regulations.

Co-founder in 2016 of the multidisciplinary architecture and design practice Now Arquitectura, where in addition to collaborating in the technical work, she is in charge of the company administrative management.

Sergio Giménez

Sergio studied architecture at ETSAE, Advanced Technical School of Architecture and Building of Cartagena. He started his professional studies to establish an intuitive attraction for design and architecture modelled through reflections and thoughts of great professionals during his learning process.

He is fully aware of the design of useful spaces following the most contemporary aesthetic precepts.

He takes part in national and international architectural competitions and collaborates with other colleagues. Sergio is first prize winner of the XXI edition of the Plasterboard competition in 2012 in the rehabilitation of an abandoned structure in Madrid city centre.

He joined the Now Arquitectura team for new architectural proposals, modelling the most appropriate spaces for each type of client and satisfying the needs of design, utility and sustainability.

Silvia De Paz Mouriño

“Architecture is the will of an epoch translated into space.”– Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.

Silvia studied architecture at ETSAE, Advanced Technical School of Architecture and Building of Cartagena. She studied the last subjects and developed her final project at the ETSAC, Advanced Technical School of Architecture of La Coruña, so she completes her training with the best of both schools.

She begins her studies to specialise in architectural design from the smallest detail.
Especially sensitized to sustainable architecture and the rehabilitation of spaces, she takes part in national and international architectural competitions with other colleagues, obtaining the Spanish 2014 prize in the Jury of the Iacobus programme, with the rehabilitation of some factories in the city of Thiers, France.

She joined Now Architectura in 2016, and after combining studies with training, she became part of the studio multidisciplinary team, satisfying the needs of design, utility and architectural quality.

Silvia Henarejos Martínez

Graduated in architecture from EPS, Higher Polytechnic School of the University of Alicante.

Silvia began her studies due to her interest in interior design and the creation of spaces that influence people’s lives.

She did her internship in architecture with Martin Lejarraga in 2014, in Cartagena.

While studying at university, she was especially interested in the restoration of buildings and remodelling of spaces. Before finishing her studies, she puts this into practice working at a refurbishment company in Cartagena, Construdirect, where she gained experience in house rearrangement for a year and a half.

Her university final project consisted of a sustainable and architectural landscape intervention in the Mar Menor area. A great number of people took part in her project: biologists, geologists, experts in heritage, and representatives of neighborhood associations of the area.

She joined Now Architectura in September 2017 with the intention of participating in a versatile team, being able to practise the infinite functions of an architect on site.

Pepe Sanmartín Peñalver

As a product designer I always try to create objects with a functional nature that are able to establish an emotional bond with the end user. Furthermore, I trust craftsmanship as the most coherent form of production considering the current environmental situation. Craftsmanship also provides each product with the uniqueness of being made by and for people.

Expert in the fields of structural calculations and urbanism.

Guillermo Jurado Obis

 “The real economy of building should refer to how many good things we can achieve at a reasonable cost. It is the same in any kind of economy – the correct relationship between the quality and price of a product. But if we ignore the quality of the product, all of the supposed economy becomes meaningless in any field, and the same happens in architecture.” – Alvar Aalto

Architecture technician and building engineer from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, where he specialises in Building Pathology and Heritage Conservation. He obtained a special award in his final project, which was published in the XXIII Conference on Cultural Heritage of the Region of Murcia, taking part as a speaker.

In 2014, he is hired by the company Construcciones Marcaser S.L, managing all types of works. In addition to his work as site manager, he works in the department of work studies, carrying out budgets of new work for public and private bidding, economic feasibility studies for residential constructions, measurements and analysis of supplier offers, gaining a great knowledge about construction prices.

In 2016 he is hired by Now Arquitectura, where he will start a new stage being responsible for the area of ​​Project Management and Direction.

He is currently an associate of Now Arquitectura.
